At OBSYRN, all products are currently available  and we deliver across the UK mainland and Worldwide.

 

1. Shipping 

• Orders are processed within 2-5 working days.

  Delivery times (after dispatch)

  • Europe & UK: 5-10 working days
  • USA & Canada: 5-12 working days
  • Other countries: 7-15 working days

  Most European orders arrive within 8-14 working days of ordering. USA and Canada can take a little longer. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply.

3. Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

• You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

4. Lost or Damaged Orders

• Contact us immediately at info@obsyrn.co.uk if your order is lost or arrives damaged.

• We may require photos or other evidence to resolve the issue.

5. Risk & Ownership

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

• OBSYRN retains ownership of products until full payment is received.

• OBSYRN may update this Shipping Policy at any time.

• Updates will be posted on the website with the effective date.
