OBSYRN — Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At OBSYRN, we design every piece with intention, precision, and longevity in mind.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process simple and transparent.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

To begin a return, email info@obsyrn.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back.

If your return is received within the 14 day window and passes inspection, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If a return arrives after 14 days, it will not qualify for a refund and will instead be issued as store credit.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process once approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order arrived faulty or incorrect.

We do offer exchanges.

If you need a different size or colour, email us at info@obsyrn.co.uk with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for.

Once your return is approved and received, your replacement will be dispatched.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as required.
